"I first met Tom James," Frank shares, "when he was president of the Securities Industries Association, and I was impressed with his personal philosophy which focused on serving the interest of the client first and foremost. With Tom as the CEO of Raymond James, I knew that his entire firm would embrace that same 'client centered' philosophy."

Frank offers a full range of investment services emphasizing individually tailored portfolios based on each client's investment objectives, time horizons, experience and risk tolerance. His central philosophy is to help clients achieve financial independence by using a long-term approach to investing. Frank strives to recommend investments that match client objectives and risk tolerance as the market and the client's needs determine. Raymond James & Associates has recognized Frank as an outstanding advisor with his membership in the esteemed President's Council.

He earned a bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Tennessee and a master's degree in finance at Georgia State University. Frank also attended the Securities Industry Institute at prestigious Wharton School of Business from 1986-88.
